What to expect from Brockport Country Club at no extra charge?

• We want to meet with you at least once or twice before your event to make sure we have every basis covered.
• We will set up a website inside our website as soon as you give us all the pertinent details along with your brochure.
• We will have 2 managers there the day of your event to ensure a smooth event.
• We will ensure an ON TIME start.
• We will have all the carts set up prior to your guests arrival.
• We will print the names for your guests and display them once you supply us those names at least 3 days prior to your event.
• We will print all the score cards with your guests names on them.
• We will do all the scoring along with the skins game.
• We will help you in the raffles and auction.
• We donate many gifts to your cause to ensure your profitability. Every player will get a Free Greens fee pass Valued $30
• We assure you for an ON TIME Dinner exactly 6 hours after your event starts.

Choose One ( Pig Roast, Chicken & Ribs or a 1/2 Grilled Chicken or choose the Steak and Chicken  ) Comes with your choice

Potato: Salt, Mashed with gravy, Garlic Fried with butter & Parmesan Cheese.

Veggies: Fresh blend of Yellow & green squash with onions seasoned with butter, Corn medley or Corn on the cob

Salad: Either a potato salad, Macaroni Salad or a House salad
