Booking Policy
Online booking requires a valid credit card to hold your reservation. Tee times may be booked for up to 4 players up to 14 days in advance. Your credit card will not be charged until your arrive at the Golf Shop prior to your round. .

Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (585) 638-6486. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed the full price for all players booked under the reservation. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website. Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.

Please NOTE! Members can not book an online Tee time. This system will charge your credit card and we are unable to refund those charges to you.

All Tee Times booked Online require a valid Credit Card. We would like to ensure our customers that when entering your information, you are using a Secure URL. We use 128 Bit SSL Data Encryption, but do not show this in your browser because of 'Framing' that takes place to provide seamless integration with our Tee Time Reservation Software. If you would like to see the actual 'Secure' URL, please contact our Golf Shop.

Booking an Online Tee Time will also enter you in our "E-Specials Club", providing periodic emails for exclusive coupons, discounts, special events, and of course, Tee Time Specials. Entering is FREE, and your information is held in confidence. We will only use the info you provide for our markteing efforts and you can unsubscribe at any time
